That's not dull. I've only ever seen real buildings that withstood the nuclear apocalypse, and they were gigantic. I can imagine anything else that stood among them was just as impressive.

yeah. but in zaun, u dont rly get to see much. well. besides smog. mold. ppl trading goods or ripping u off. concrete and pipes and thats it.

I was born in space. It wasn't like your city, like Zaun, but it wasn't great either. I only saw a real mountain when we touched down on Earth, and it was way more striking than a history book could contain. They're towering and gorgeous, and you feel so small in their shadows...

I hope you get to see one some day. Soon, preferably.

not rly mine but my wrinkly old man use to say to me: be what they fear. pain can either break u or forge u into smth greater.

and looks can be deceiving. THAT i learned here. someone can be nice, kind, gentle, sweet but when its between u and them? they will throw u to the wolves to save their own skin.

so dont trust everyone here. no matter how kind or how poetic their words can be.

He can be frustrating. There have been times I've asked a question and only gotten a partial answer like I would with Friday but ( BIG SHRUG VIBES. ) he hardly seems dangerous, and that's what I'd be more concerned about.

just take it from me. dont go in too deep w/ him. unless u want him to chew u up and spit u out or idk bail on u when u need him the most. i managed to get out of his twisted web. cant say the same for mizuki tho. guess hes sticking w/ him despite everything.

it doesn't even feel self important to assume she's just better than that by default. unlike jinx and mizuki, clarke looks at venti and sees a weapon to be primed, not a person to be loved. maybe the remains of godly powers that could still be gazed at with wonder. )

Gotcha. We're friendly, but not close. I'll do my best to mitigate the damage, your "trust no one" rule is good for that.
